Shipping & Receiving Policy

The majority of our hardcover book orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after order is received.  

We ship USPS Bound Printed Matter, which is usually less expensive than priority mail.  But if you wish to receive your book quicker, we do offer 2nd day priority mail.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 3 business days of the date order is received. All returns must occur within 14 days of shipment receipt.  Your purchase price, less shipping, will be refunded to either your credit card, or company check, if you paid by check.

Cancellations If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available.
